Processes
Reyes Automotive Group operates two manufacturing plants equipped with various injection molding, blow molding, and secondary processing equipment. Plant 1 (B28) houses 28 injection molding machines with capacities ranging from 390 tons to 2600 tons. Meanwhile, Plant 2 (AppleWhite) contains 12 injection molding machines, with capacities spanning from 180 tons to 2600 tons. Additionally, Plant 2 features 3 blow molding machines with 8 lb and 15 lb heads. Secondary equipment includes 46 assembly machines in Plant 1, while Plant 2 has 14 assembly machines, two trim machines, and five robotic router cells.
