Equipped with 22 molding machine presses, our diverse and talented group comprising of 350 team members work as a cohesive unit to apply the latest technology to harness the full potential of the presses producing over 45,000 assemblies per day. That equates to over 1.3M assemblies per month. With that said, Reyes Automotive is honored to be considered an “A” ranked supplier by our customers. Our dedicated team takes the utmost pride in the quality of our interior and exterior plastic components used in some of the best-selling vehicles in North America. Our outlook is bright, and our desire to continually improve is unquenchable.
Our Story
In 2005, Reyes Automotive Group was established as a Tier 1 onsite supplier for Toyota Motor Manufacturing Texas. Led by company founder, Fernando Reyes, Reyes Automotive Group has been an integral partner for the development of Toyota in San Antonio. Utilizing plastic blow molding and injection molding technologies Reyes Automotive Group has 22 presses operated by over 350 team members. This helps produce over 50,000 interior and exterior plastic parts for Toyota trucks daily. Reyes Automotive Group has been recognized for their supplier diversity efforts acknowledging that we embrace Toyota’s vision of diverse and inclusive environments that foster innovation. We are also excited to have shared in several milestones since our partnership began with Toyota. In 2013, we commemorated the 1 millionth truck produced at TMMTX. In 2015, we celebrated 10 years of dedicated service to Toyota as well as being recognized by the US Hispanic Chamber of Commerce as an elite supplier of Toyota.
